Why we need Schedule Management?

You had been selected as Project Manager by ARAMCO to set up an oil Refinery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Since the beginning you see many surprises (or shocks) like the sand hurricanes and value of Riyal going down. You created a schedule for the project during planning but realise that in between, the Sr Mechanical Engineer fall sick and plan took a toss.

Project Risk: Any uncertainty in future that may impact your future by any mean – scope, schedule, quality or budget. The risk could be positive or negative.
